Robert Culp’s Career in Television & Film

Robert Culp enjoyed a successful career in series television over many years, from I SPY through THE GREATEST AMERICAN HERO. But he also starred in theatrical films, including SUNDAY IN NEW YORK (1963) and BOB & CAROL & TED & ALICE (1969). And he did outstanding voice-over work on documentaries and video games. Plus he was ever at work writing screenplays for television and movies. Robert’s final project was a lifelong passion for TERRY AND THE PIRATES, his favorite comic strip as a boy (an interest shared with his friend Hugh Hefner). He had penned a screenplay and was set to direct in Hong Kong at the time of his passing.
