New walking trail honors the Andrews Sisters

The brand new Andrews Sisters Trail in Mound, Minn. is the only physical recognition for the singing trio anywhere in the world. Mound, a suburban community of 10,000 found on Lake Minnetonka, was the home of Patty, Maxene and Laverne and now claims a winding, half mile path named after the sisters.
