In this popular television advertisement for McDonald’s, James Dean is shown maneuvering his way through the busy streets of New York City. Dean walks hunched over in a black trench coat, and appears not to notice all the commotion of the big city, because he is simply focused on eating his McDonald’s hamburger. The scene is appropriately accompanied by Michael Damian’s tribute song to Dean, Rock On.
